This is how it feels to hug my children. This is how it feels to love my children. It's a bit of a snapshot in time, back to when my youngest was about 3.5. That's when the moon hug was invented.

This song is definitely derivative of our Round as a Moon song (off of Peanut Butter and JAM) and of course Good Night Moon and Runaway Bunny and all the best most favorite board books.

And then a little usually quiet and observant rather than in your face girl named Lena who used to come to my Jamboodas classes said one day when we were pantomiming kisses that we blew into the sky and then catch in our hearts at the end of class, "They're star kisses!" So then I had a complete chorus.

Try turning this song and doing interpretive dance based on the lyrics and music. I'm not kidding. It's totally healing. Like flow yoga dance magic.
